It's Eagle One Wipe and Shine detailer... I have been using it in my engine bays for about 4 years now, and it works well.

They sure do, they come just like you see them. The center caps are really nice, thick brushed aluminum and the quality and finish is impeccable... IIRC, they used to have that opening/hole in the center cap, but now it is covered with a black circle that says Method.

The wheels also come in another finish which kinda reminds me of that 75th Anniversary finish.
