Default Engine noise

Good Morning to all. I just put an oil pan, trans, and catalectic converter on my 4 door Rubicon. It made the engine noise much louder to the point of annoying. Does anyone have advice on how to quiet it down some?

Not enough information.

Describe the noise. How is it different from before the work.

Reason for all the work done?

Different style oil pan?

Auto trans or manual?

Stock cat?

Any changes to heat shield configuration?

etc.

etc.

I forgot to mention that I put on one skid plate that covers all three.

So, the only new part is the skid plate? Not a new oil pan, transmission, and cat?
