Default engine swap on 2013 Rubicon

I have a 2013 Rubicon with a 3.6L 100K miles that still runs good and plenty of power but burns a couple quarts of oil every 1000 miles.
I am trying to decide if I want to get a newer 3.6L or swap to Hemi.
I saw a 2018 3.6L with 8 speed transmission for sale but would like to understand if it is a direct swap or what I would have to deal with.
The Hemi swap would be at least 20K so I could even supercharge the newer 3.6L and come in under that.
Thoughts and what all year motors can I use or what issues do I need to be aware of??????

it will be easier and probably cheaper to do a hemi swap vsi 2018 3.6 with 8 speed. You can be way under 20K for a hemi swap.

I just checked my go-to source for used engines. It's "LKQ" on ebay. Bought 2 engines from them and no issues.
A used engine for your Jeep is about 3k, delivered to your door.

However they all have about 100k miles on them. I didn't know this oil consumption was a worry about these newer engines. Is this normal?

Just swapped the engine in my 2013 with a reman. Had 109k and was burning a quart every 300miles. Had an independent shop do leak down. Had 45% leak cylinder 4. Had the left head replaced under warranty at 102k at dealer and only made oil consumption worse. I tried cylinder soaks and all that. Finally went with Powertrain Products reman engine. About $4500 with install kit and tax delivered to my door. Happy. A pdf copy of the field service manual made it easier to source some info. If you go that route im happy to share more details.

I got my Chev LT 5.3 and transmission c/w harness, all accessories and the 2 ECUs for $3500US in Texas. It had 16000 miles on it from a 2016 Silverado. This is just to give you an idea that there is probably a huge selection down that way. Texas is truck country so there will be a lot of write offs from accidents. Once a 5.7 is installed and wired you go into HP Tuners and tell the Jeep ECU you have a 5.7 not a 3.6 so that tells me one can use the Jeep ECU. But I am over simplifying this as there is a lot more interface wiring and calibration etc to do. I suggest you do the V8.

I checked with one of America's largest MOPAR parts wholesaler.. 3.6L long block reman w/ 3yr/100,000 mile warranty is around $4k + Core and shipping. IMO I'd go that way and for about $5K put on a blower.. Would be a drop in / fits build. Just my $0.02 worth
