Engine Swap (DDR3 and DDK5)

Have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara that spun a bearing and threw a rod, wondering if anyone knows if the ECU will care about the difference (.900" lifters instead of .840") between the DDK5 and the DDR3 engines?
