Default Engine Tick

Hello all. New to this forum and looking for some advice. I have a ticking on the passenger side, around the fuel rail. I put a screw driver on the fuel rail and listen and I can hear the ticking. I hold it on the the cam cover and only hear the valvetrain working. Not the ticking. I just replaced the fuel injectors (all 6). and it it still ticking. Only on the passenger side. I also replaced the Oil Cooler while I had it down that far because it was leaking. Any suggestions from others that have this same ticking. I am considering just finding some sound deadener to muffle the noise. Thank you.

Definitely not bad rocker arm bearing ticking on the intake camshaft side (close to the fuel rail)?

I hate to think it is. Seems pretty involved.

That is the common problem on these 3.6L engines, and yes, if that is it, it sux the amount of labor to get in there and change a $7 part....along with 12 lifters and 11 other rocker arms that have usually have no issue. If you're probing the valve cover though and not hearing it then maybe not. I can't think of any other ticking there near the fuel rail and the rail and injectors aren't a common issue. if you probe each individual injector do they all sound the same on that side? I'd drop by the auto store and get a cheap mechanic's stethoscope. will be bit easier than a screwdriver.
