Default engo synthetic install help

dumb question probably but here it goes....

I just got the engo synthetic 9k.

It has the alum small fair lead.

When mounting it, it came with 2 bolts, 2 washers, and 2 lock washers.....

What order do they go in? There is no instructions for mounting it.

I always put the lockwasher directly against the nut. So from the front, bolt, washer, fair lead, mounting surface, washer, lock washer, nut.
