Esp / bas help

I have just added a 1" front spacer to my 2.5" TF lift. Checked the steering and it was fine. Drove it for a day without problems. I drove it today, hit some bumps and my ESP/BAS and Trac lights come on and won't go off. I immediately drove home and re-centered the wheel. Any suggestions on getting the lights off? I have a superchips flashpaq. Will that help?
