Maybe I am search function impaired, but I could not find any thread that includes everything I would need to do to run 35"s on my 2008 JKU Rubi 6spd. What I do know (and plan on):

-2.5" BB
-Stock Rubi rims with 1.5" spacers

-Do I need flat fenders or to cut my fenders?
-Regear front and back to 5.13?
-Superchips to reprogram and fix speedo?

A 2.5 BB will allow you run 35's no problem, specially if its a coil lift. TeraFlex has the perfect coil lift for you. I rocked their 2.5BB (spacer lift only) with 35's and never had a problem, but I ran aftermarket wheels too. I kept my oem 410's and it was fine with 35's. Their lift will provide brake line relocate brackets etc....just check out their product on their site. Spacers will work fine with OEM wheels. You can upgrade everything as you want too.

You do not need to cut your fenders. Superchips is always a good option to correct speedo etc.
