Everything I need for a rubicon capable jk
Ok so i have a 2 door jk rubi manual, and can't decide on how i want to build it. What i want in the end is a jeep that i dont have a single worry about, that will be subjected to the rubicon and moab probably 1 time each, and then weekend trips whenever i get around to them. I am thinking 33" tires to keep my stock front end happy and not have to worry about gears and it seems like no matter how much lift i chose i need front and rear driveshafts, This jeep will also need to make a 4000 mile + road trip from alaska (why i want it to be a worry free build), I want to hear what people think for lift and anything extra i may need, feel free to start whatever argument you may want as it all spurrs good info! GO!
Been to Moab it's all a choice of which trails you want to run we did 7 mile rim, Poison Spyder, Hell's Revenge, and Fins and Things in a TJ on 33s with a 3.5 lift. This guy also ran The Pickle, Potato Salad, Hell's Gate, and the easier of the Hottubs. It all depends on the line you pick to run as well. Here is a video of his first run up Potato Salad his 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th were much easier with no bouncing. https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...s-Potato-Salad
