EVO Coilover and Long Arm Build Questions
Taking off my current lift and starting over for the most part. Below is the build I am planning on and just wondering if anyone has input. Trying to get the best on road ride possible with my DD with out sacrificing off-road capabilities.
Can I find something that will ride as nice for less money?
Any components that I need that I am missing?
What would be the best way to build up the front D44?
2007 JKU Sahara Auto
37" Nitto TG
17" XD Addicts (added a 1.5" Spidertrax spacer)
EVO Front & Rear Bolt on Coilovers
EVO Long Arm Upgrade
EVO Front Draglink Flip Kit
2013 D44 Front & Rear Rubicon Take Offs
5.13 Yukon Gears
JE Real 1310 Front and Rear Drive Shafts
JKS Front and Rear Adjustable Track Bars
Transmission Cooler (not sure which one yet)

The Rubicon front axle have the same axle tub size as a D30, so you are going to need to build your front axle.

As long as the coil overs are tuned properly for the rig, they will give you really the best ride possible. If tuned wrong you will be very disapointed. Make sure you weigh the jeep at each corner to help with tuning out of the box.

Artec Armor Kit. I've installed a few now and it's hands down the best kit you can get for your factory axles IMO.

EVO Front & Rear Bolt on Coilovers
EVO Long Arm Upgrade
EVO Front Draglink Flip Kit -I would avoid this. Nothing against EVO, but it's cheap. You get a bolt on bracket to the factory bracket, and a stock RHD drag link. The Artec armor kit will come with a 3" raised TB bracket. Weld on, ties into truss, 1/4" steel plate. Stout. Go with either the synergy drag link, RK, or carolina metal mashers aluminum. You should upgrade your tie rod as well if you're doing it.
2013 D44 Front & Rear Rubicon Take Offs
5.13 Yukon Gears
JE Real 1310 Front and Rear Drive Shafts
JKS Front and Rear Adjustable Track Bars I would also avoid these trackbars as well. I've seen two bend on the trail, one was a gen 2 and one was a gen 3. I would go with solid steel trackbars, either Synergy or RK. I'm not suggesting teraflex only because from my experiance it wont work with high steer and hits the pitman arm at full passenger stuff.

Generally, for the coilovers themselves you are getting great tunability to your rig. If you are willing to take the time and dial everything in they will be very worth it, but keep in mind everything is adjustable (spring rates, compression/rebound valving, ride height) and if not tuned right will ride like shit. Just so you know what you're getting into. Bolt on kits like the EVO and Rebel are a good easy way to get into coilovers, but may not have the most maximized angles since you are working with the stock brackets. It's all what you're comfortable with. Good move choosing to go long arms tho. While you can run c/o's on short arms, getting into the 12"+ of travel starts to really stress short arms, not to mention axle pull and axle steer becomes more and more promenant.
Best of luck, post some pics when you get it done.

The coilovers and long arm upgrade comes with everything you need for your suspension along with the draglink flip.
You will not need trackbars as the kit comes with a rear bracket to fix your roll center (uses factory trackbar) the draglink flip kit also uses the factory front trackbar. Again no need to spend money on an adjustable one.
I suggest 1350 Reel shafts instead of the 1310's
Please let me know if you have any questions
