Evo drag link flip kit failed
Ok so I'm trying to figure out what exactly happened here this is a 2012 JKU with a 3" Evo lift kit now the drag link flip was installed about a week ago and the first time the owner flexed it out the bar immediately started to bend Evo is saying that her bump stops were not long enough but the ones they sent measured out to 2 1/2 inches and the ones that she has on her JEEP currently are 3 inches and all of her steering linkage is fine so what caused this to happen

EVO uses a stock drag link from a RHD and charges $300 and it's only one end your replacing. Synergy uses a chromoly steel bar and 1 ton ends and charges $325. It replaces the whole drag link.
That's not a rumor at all. That's exactly what it is and why I have never really liked EVO as they are overpriced on just bout everything. I got into it with you know who over on you know where bout this exact item. I typically always recommend the synergy flip kit cause it's a better product for only $25 more than the EVO kit. Plus if you call a vendor up they will give you the discount so actually you get it for cheaper than the EVO.

I would think maybe because it's a stock shaft. I would call them and either get your money back or a new one. (Personally I would get money back and buy a better one). They should make this right instead of trying to pass blame. When you talked to them did they just automatically jump to and assume you weren't using the right Bumpstops or did they actually try to get the full story? I don't want to assume they were assholes. I do like some of their products. Just not the insane price tags that go with them.
