I recently picked these up, both driver and passenger side. One for my CB the other for a lighted whip. The CB antenna (FireStik) with quick disconnect, i can't even get it to connect because it hits the tire. Even with out the disconnect still hits. The other side is for a tribal lighted whip, due to the tube diameter I didn't even try. I emailed Evo to see if they would provide any ideas.
Think they need to revisit the design and move the hole for more clearance. $44 down the drain, as the place I bought them won't take them back cause i installed them. Oh well.

 

If that is the stock tire carrier you could get one of the relocation brackets or a wheel spacer to move the tire off the antenna.
