EVO sway bars links, need help

EVO sway bars links, need help
I upgraded the factory sway bars links with the EVO ones and I'm having problems drilling out the top sway bar. What size and type of drill bit should I use. I was trying to use a 1/2 inch new bit and was not making a dent. Thanks for your help.
