No, it will be less because you're adding weight.

On second thought, your wallet will be lighter by the same amount, so it offsets.

$1 Whistle will not offset the weight to dollar ratio because the gain is so insignificant.

Yes, but you overlook that when you drive down the road to the mailbox to send your payment away, you will wear down your tires. That will offset the weight of the dollar. It will also serve to further lighten your wallet, both by the wear/tear on those tires (must be replaced earlier), and by the gas consumption.
