Just asking, but did you disconnect your battery while installing it?

Pick a muffler of your choice and bolt/ weld it on, call it a day. Wouldn't waste a few hundred bucks on a catback. My two cents

I haven't read up on Wranglers, but most other vehicles recommend the battery be disconnected so the truck/ car computer system can adjust to more flow through the exhaust.

I tried resetting the computer. Called the dealer they told me to disconnect the positive terminal and touch it to the negative terminal to fully reset the computer and then it would relearn the new exhaust. They told me to drive 50 warm up cycles did exactly what they recommended but no luck. Dynomax tech said it could possibly be the packing inside the exhaust. So that's why their going to swap it out with another one.

My main question ( and it seems like it wasn't an issue) was everything tightened down?

You did all the "tricks" too. Please keep this thread posted once you get the new system.

Yes thought maybe something was loose but took it to an exhaust shop and had them tighten all the clamps up. They said could be a back pressure issue too much free flow. But I know other people have used this same exhaust and havnt had an issues.
