Default exhaust relocation question

OK, so the other day i order a new off road exhaust from rustys offraod. the system re-locates the muffler under the driver seat and exits out straight out the back on the drivers side. not to bad of an install except for some minor cutting of the new exhaust to shorten a couple of the pipes. now for my concern, do i HAVE to relocate the evap canister so its not next to the muffler? according to MBRP when you buy thier off road exhuast kit, it comes with brackets to do the reloacation of the evap canister. according to rusty's there should be no problem at all. im a little confused and ALOT nervous, cause now i have a new exhaust, but it is sitting right next to my evap canister. any insight would be a huge help!!

I went with the MBRP high clearance exhaust and it also ran right next to the evap. Spent the extra 50 bucks and got the MBRP evap shield. It is heavy duty but I must say I had to clearance the mounting holes on the plate because it didnt match up to my JK
