Default Extended brake lines leaking

So I recently lifted my JK with the 3.5 mid flex system from RK. Its been about 2 weeks since the install and last night I noticed my rear brake lines are leaking. Not from the ends, both are dry and fittings are tight. Grabbing the line I found that the whole line was covered in fluid, almost as if the line has been "sweating". Has anyone else seen anything like this this? Or did I just get defective lines?

Thanks!

If you are sure that it's not from either ends where the banjo bolts connect the lines to the calipers, then it's likely you have a line leaking from the compression collar that is done when the line is manufactured. I would spray off the line with brake cleaner and dry it really well. Then have someone apply your brakes for you as you try and spot the leak. Hope this helps and you solve this issue, don't forget your safety glasses and don't get any fluid on your paint.

If you find that the banjo bolts are the culprit, the aftermarket copper crush washers that come with the kit are harder than the factory ones and need to be cranked down very tight. Almost to the point of breaking. I had this problem with mine.

Crown supplies those lines that come with the RK kits. There were some bad ones not too long ago. Might need to see about warranty replacement if they don't stop leaking when you check everything over.

Well after checking the lines, the point of the leak was the crimp at the top of the line, it was coming out from under it. I called up RK and they will be sending me new lines ASAP. I guess they had a recent mismatch with lines causing them to fail. Thanks for the help guys!
