Default extra travel from disco's

How much extra travel will I get if i have sway bar discos? I am running a 2 inch spacer in the front with long travel shocks.

Not sure about exactly how much more you get but wow what a difference. Like night and day. Pretty scary on the road though. I had one break and i just left it until i tried to dodge a moose. Now i'm just saving for the disco's

How much longer shocks did you put in? Watch your brake lines because generally without straps your shocks become your limiters ...

If I were you I would jack it up and drop the wheel as far as possible to:

1) Make sure your brake line is safe

2) Make sure your spring doesn't fall out due to the longer shocks.

True about the rubicon, but he said he added long travel shocks. Dmhines is pointing out how the stock shocks bottom out before the brake lines stressed. With the extended travel shocks it may be able to droop enough for all the bad things mentioned above.

With the Quick Disco's disconnected.....much more stable crawling over rocks or bigger holes! usually all 4 tires are touching the ground....rather than balancing on 1 or 2 tires on the ground!

Rather than sift through a bunch or random guesses, I'd suggest you just pull the lower bolts and flex it so you can see for yourself. You may need to trim or add some ext bumpstops. And as was mentioned above, definitely check your brake lines. ($5 at the hardware store can get you set up with ext brackets if you need them)

Disconnected, with 4" of lift and 2" bumpstops, I still rub my 34's on the upper fenders.
