Extreme Terrain
Love how people could hide behind social media! Pretty sure if I was standing in front of 99% of u fools that make derogatory comments... U wouldn't say a word!!! And if u did, U'd get maybe one word out before u were out.
Lol, we're all just wasting our time. The OP has decided that if he whines loud enough, extreme terrain will step up and compensate him for his own stupid mistake.
They are a sponsor, so I am sure Ryan will see this at some point. I just hope he doesn't cave in to this guys tactics...

So now you threaten to knock someone out if they spoke up to you- u butt hurt lil man boy.
We might wanna watch this guy! He might be a professional fighter who actually got the intelligence beat out of him to make this kind of boo-boo!
I guess I'm a true one percenter.
I ordered something from a manufacturer something completely non-Jeep...actually a BJJ gi so yeah, I've got no issue telling you that you muffed up....anyway....I realized that after I ordered the gi, it was the wrong size. Scrambling through their contact page, I found an email link to which I emailed my conundrum. I didn't feel like I'd had gotten my point across so and I could end up in your situation so I did a weird thing of....wait for it....searching! Found their number, called and explained it. My cc was credited and I ordered the right gi and 2 weeks later it showed up and fit great.
You can claim it's a customer service issue but that doesn't mean you can just sit there...be a little proactive like you are now with all of the threats. It would've cost you 10 minutes of your time to call them. Instead, no telling how much time you've spent forum jumping to post this thread, then threaten those who don't see your point of view, and then go back and forth with Extreme Terrain. Just seems like more effort than what it's worth.

Even Amazon Prime (one of the best return policy) charge for return shipping... as long as it was already shipped. Now If you called them to change the order before it shipped then yeah, no charge for return shipping, cause it was never shipped. Get it?
As for the comment section... those are hit and miss and unreliable. It is just that... a comment.
