According to Mopar Parts America, it's $53.00 and the gasket is $5.00. Maybe they can overnight it to you if your dealer doesn't have it in stock.

On mobile, so I can't tell where you're located... But if you are near a shop that does engine swaps (Burnsville, for example) you could give them call. I'm sure they have a bunch of stock motors lying around...
