Default Fabtech Driveshaft Issues

So I just had my rear gears and E-locker installed by a local shop this past week and the guy who did the install informed me that my rear driveshaft is in some way shape or form warped and its not from bashing it on rocks or anything like that and apparently my shaft is too short for my lift. This is my second drive shaft that I bought directly from Fabtech to go along with their 5" Crawler system.

Has anyone had this issue with these shafts?

Who makes a good quality affordable shaft since I'm more than likely going to have to replace it?

How do you measure after market shafts? I have the factory rear pinion on the axle and a 1310 output on the transfer case, I assume that off the axle I measure from the flush mounting surface but as far as the u-joint coming off the transfer case do I measure to the mounting point or where the u-joint will be sitting? Thanks in advance for any help/ideas rendered.
