Default Factory Tow Hooks

Does anyone know an easy way to get the four bolts out of each of the factory hooks? I've tried a few things but they are in there pretty good...
I just finished installing my Purejeep front and rear bumpers, but I think I want to put the factory hooks back on the front.

Aren't they pressed in?
So you would have to press them out. (I used to use a BAH) or a vise!
So are you looking to use longer bolts or ? Just wondering the purpose to remove them?

They are. I don't have a vise, though. I'll have to find one since these things aren't budging.
I want to install the hooks on the front of the bumper, and will need to use the bolts that came with the bumper.

Have you tried PB blaster or liquid wrench and let it soak then wack it again, sometimes it works for me.

I have it soaking now. Hopefully I'll be able to pound them out tonight.
