They're probably made of Delrin, not rubber. Search the forum for "delrin rollers". There are a bunch of threads about them and how they're compatible with synthetic rope.

Im gonna give the rollers a try. Once I see a spec of rust im gonna swap em for the daystar rollers. Or jus go back to my hawse.
