I run them at 30 psi n the street and 15 psi off-road. I also ran them at Moab this year and they performed quite well.

I have the same tires and love them. I don't know about the mold, but just run with them, Discount will back them up. As for pressure, I run mine at 27 on road and 12-14 off. The ride great and the load rating is such that I have perfectly even wear across the tread. Side note, I just replaced one tire due to nail, and swapped in my unused spare, the tread on them looks almost like the ones with 18k on them, even Discount Tire guy was impressed! Love these tires!!!
