Fender chop question?
I'm wanting to cut my stock flares but I'm hesitant in doing so due to that I'm wanting the bushwacker flat style flares in the future, and I was wondering if there will be enough splash guard to work with the bushwacker flares? Up for anyone that has any comments. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by the splash guard? Are you referring to the inner fender liner?
Also, from my experience, I don't see why you couldn't cut your fenders now and still put your future fenders on without any problems.
There's youtube videos as well that walk you step by step through the process.

Taped mine once and did it by eye on both sides. I tried the door trim stuff and didnt seem to want to stay on. I then told myself as long as it does what its suppose to do then im ok with it ( Let my Jeep flex more ). Im not taking my Jeep to SEMA haha.

You could leave out the inner fender for now. FYI, here's instructions for the bushwackers Project-JK.com - Jeep JK Wrangler Resource » Bushwacker JK Flat Fender Installation Write-Up
I did exactly what you are talking about doing and the answer is yes, there will be enough inner fender liner left as long as you don't go wild cutting. Cut the inner fender liner flush with the body or just past the body.
