Don't know specific part #'s, but this place should carry what you're looking for:

I just purchased a box of 25 clips last week for $13. I think this is about the best deal out there to get these clips in bulk. I got them on Amazon but the place that sold them is Clips and Fasteners.com a.k.a. Page Auto Supply. Mopar part # 68039280-AA translates to Au-Ve-Co part # 21528. Give em a call. I'm sure they can help you out.

I know some forum members say they replaced the clips with bolts but I don't know how that is done. If anyone has done this please share the method. As far as bolts vs clips I think the clips will at least let the fender get torn off, which can then be reattached whereas the bolts may hold so tight the fender gets destroyed before it comes off. In this case I'd probably stick with the clips and just keep plenty of spare clips on hand.

I scrapped the plastic clips and used some small black bolts instead. They have held up so far.
