We tried a Dremel first, then a sawzall. Sawzall was by far the quickest and smoothest cut. I'm not sure if they make a plastic blade but fine teeth work well.

My advice... do it. You will look back and see how easy it really was. Follow the video.

I prefer River Raider's flat fenders, I like how it is one smooth unit. Looks more factory to me. Don't like that seam on the PSC flares.

Ok guys here it goes. Tips: don't do sharp angles if you are planing to put the trim on. If you plan to use the trim be sure to sand and clean by hand. DO NOT rush! If you try to hurry you will mess up and kick
yourself for it. Also works better If the flares are warm and setting in the sun.
For the fronts and the soft inners I used a box blade. Takes longer and causes blood to come out of your fingers but is very straight.
I hope this helps guys. Any questions or comments are great! Thanks!

Here is my weapon of choice for the rear flares. Go slow and steady but not in granny gear or you will melt the flare too much

This is the only inner part I lost. Also might consider a self tapping skew to hold the rear down.

This part is not visible unless you are under the jeep if you do it right

All of the inners are able to go back in if you cut them correctly. I used the roto for the inners.
Another tip would be to match your bumper lines as shown. If you don it will look off and you won't like it.

i guess it depends on what you're looking for and how much you're willing to spend. i personally love the look of tube fenders but, after years of seeing the kind of damage they can do to the body of your jeep when hit hard (have seen this with hard plastic xenon flares too), i prefer running flexable and free factory cut flares.

May I ask you what kind of sliders are you running? I can't find any like those!
