Default A few OME LT kit install notes

Overall, it went very well. I swapped the rear sway bar links to the front and put on the rear adjustables. Set them up at 12" and both my front and rear sway bars are right where I want them. I've read other posts about people having to drill out the rear sway bar link mounting holes to accept the new adjustables and I just threaded the adjustables in once and after that, I could slide them in and out just fine. The rear spring retainers were probably the worst part of the install. Still, they weren't terrible. You do need to undo several wiring retaining clips for extra clearnace such as the wheel speed sensors, wiring for the lockers, and you have to undo the rear bracket for the e-brake cables and fab an extension. I also ended up extending the rear axle vent hose by about 4 inches. The front bumpstop extensions also don't go in easy, so I lined them up, put a 2x4 underneath, and jacked up the axle to install them. I set the adjustable front upper control arms to a length eye to eye of 18 3/8". I did this at work, so I have access to an alignment rack and this measurement put my caster at a basically stock spec of 4.2 degrees. I drove it afterwards and it seemed just a touch flighty, but not bad. I then screwed them in one full 360 degree turn and re-installed. Really feels alot better than the stock spec. I don't have the exact measurement of my new caster spec because I didn't hook it back up to the alignment machine, but my total toe was dialed in and I just had to center the steering wheel. I was a little worried that centering the axles was going to be very time consuming, but I was able to center the each axle in less than 10 min. Don't be intimidated by that at all. Overall, I gained 3.5 inches up front and 3 inches in the rear. Really feels solid and the OME shocks are really nice compared to the factory Rubicon shocks. Alot softer. I put on a Teraflex steering stabilzer last week before I put on the lift and it also made a world of difference driving over potholes and overall highway driving. Here's a few pics of the new stance

I am in the middle of this install right now and everything is coming in nicely, it is not that it is difficult but I find a lot of items very time consuming.
