Final Lift Question

I am purchasing a lift tomorrow (1-30) and I am still not clear on 1 thing as I have heard conflicting statements. I would really like to purchase a Teraflex 2.5 BB kit for my 2008 Unlimited X (factory e-disco). I plan on running the stock tires for some time until I can come up with new ones.
The million dollar questions is, can I run this lift on the stock Jeep (32" tires on 17x7.5 wheels) and not have any rubbing? If there are special instructions/configurations, please let me know as this may change my plan of purchase.
Otherwise, I am going to get a 2" and call it a day as I really am struggling for a definitive answer here.
Come someone please put this topic to rest for me?
Thanks so much.

Okay, so riddle me this. . .
If I order the kit with the shocks and determine that it IS an issue for me, can I remove the Teraflex shocks and place my stock one back on the lift without any reservations?

Longer TF shocks with lift spacers will not cause rubbing issues UNLESS you add larger tires to the stock wheels. When you upgrade to a larger tire you will need to either add spacers behind the stock wheels or go with an aftermarket wheel with the appropriate backspacing for the tire.
My setup netted about 3" of lift and I'm still running stock Rubi tires/wheels with no rubbing.
Edit: Oops... TF claims that the rear sway bar will rub the tire at max droop unless you add spacers, swap wheels, or run stock length shocks to keep the axle from drooping as much. That last option is tough on shocks. Unless you do alot of extreme offroading I wouldn't worry about a little rubbing on the rear sway bar for now. Eventually you can eliminate the issue when you upgrade tires/wheels.

IF you install the TF extended rear sway bar links, you will have rubbing issues with factory wheels/tires. However, if you do not have a Rubicon, I would recommend that you just run your factory links for now. A lot of people are running this setup without any problems. Or, just keep the factory rears in place and get a set of front sway bar disconnects as the very short front discos is really where the concern is anyway.
Both our Ruby's run this lift and we run them with the rear sway bar totally disconnected and swong up with zip ties. We have almost NO problems with on-road handleing, Just a slight more tippy feeling when on a freeway on or off ramp witha SEVERE loop.

I am currently running this setup. 08 X Unlimited with 2.5" TF. I did use the extended sway bar links on the rear and moved the rear to the front. I am still running the stock wheels and tires for now 255/75/17 (still waiting on new wheels to arrive). I did some minor wheeling this weekend with no rubbing at all. I have not disco the front and wheeled this way yet. I think even with the stock wheels and tires, it has a much better stance. I also installed an extra 3/4" spacer in the front, as a winch and new bumper will be installed soon.

I do not have a rubicon, but I do have the E-Disconencting Swaybar with a rear locker (unlimited X). Does this change anything?
