First off the NON HD coils still come standard in the kit the HD coils are a upgrade not a fix.

A suspension MFG can not make a coil IMHO that works great stock and with the addition of 250 extra pounds or more.

Also is it not the company you purchased the kit from to offer you upgrades?

Oh and by the way what I dont understand is FT gave you the coils and you are still not happy with them?

Ripperman.

I dont want this to start a war , And I thank you for the orders but this is not about the money.

I was asking a question as to how was the experience with FT bad when they gave you something for free that they did not have to, thats all.

And before anybody says anything Yes I am sticking up for FT and I will stick up for all my MFG's that help out the customer and then still get crapped on.

I am not mad just really trying to put all this into perspective. I hate Flaming on the internet.

Oh by the way he didnt want to pay for the new springs but know he is selling the old ones

David,

1. I now know that HD coils would have been available to me at the time of purchase. However, on no retailers website, or FT own website, did it state that there were HD coils available as an upgrade.

2. I know the HD coils are an upgrade and not just "a fix", i never said they were.

3. I do not have the bumper and rails on yet, and never said the regular coils are bad, i just said i thought the HD coils are giving me a better ride.

4. I purchased the kit from Quadratec, as they were the only ones with the kit in stock when i ordered it. There is no option or knowledge of HD coils on their website.

5. I did not say i was unhappy with FT. I am glad and appreciative of the outcome. However, how i was talked to and the attitude and tone of voice i was given was rather rude and crude. I would say on a scale of 1-10 on overall customer satisfaction, i would rate the experience as a 6.

I am pretty sure he wasn't coming off that heavy, he just made a statement, and fairly lightly I might add!

FYI, i paid $45 in shipping, sold my regular coils for a $100. That covers FT shipping i paid, and shipping and packaging to the buyer. It's not like i made a profit on this deal.

Blkruby,

That seems fair I have no knowledge of how they talked to you so I can comment on that.
The important thing IMHO is that full-traction went way above and beyond and you are happy.
