Default First Mods, What to get?

I am planning on starting to purchas mods for my 2012 4door Rubicon, and I wanted some opinions. The biggest problem I am having is I want to put 35's on but I am not sure what is the best small lift. I want to keep it under $1,000 or as close as possible. But there are so many lifts ranging from 1' to 4' lifts for under a grand. I want the best quality small lift I can get I was thinking of OME, Rubicon Expresss, Rancho, or Terraflex to name a few. I want the lift that wont be a piece of shit and has good articulation. If any one could help me out that be great just want a small lift to put on 35's thats high quality and has good flex, and Im trying to keep it below 1k but if its a little above I will look at it.

2.5" lift is perfect with 35's and cut fenders I think. 2.5" will work ok with normal fenders but it may rub at full flex (I can't say from experience)

Some may say you don't need them... but get adjustable lower control arms and an adjustable tracbar with your lift even with 2.5" imo Before I had them my jeep drove horrible on the freeway. Now its back to stock

I went with Rough Country so I could afford other things too. If I did it again and had more money I'd go with Teraflex or Rockrawler. I wouldn't skimp and not get the tracbar and lca's though

I run the 2.5 Teraflex with their 9550 shocks with 35 KM2s with trimmed fenders I choose not to use their extended bumpstops. As you can see flexes well and at full pressure there is slight rub in the rear. Don't understand all the hype over trackbars and LCAs mine drives just fine and tracks straight. Can let my hand off the wheel at highway speed and not worry about drifting across lanes.

Rock Krawler JK 2.5 Flex System + a set of Bilstien 5100's would be a great set up!

I assumed his $1000 budget was for the lift and the tires was a different number since it'll be well over $600 for tires alone.

Oh if its for lift only thats a different story lol

But i would go with the Rancho 4" , they are having some crazy discounts right now and its a great ride as well... you can out the door for around $650 for parts including SS and everything you need...
