Will two Hella 4000 Euro Beam lights fight under the hoop of the Mopar Front Bumper? If NO, will they fit in front, but still look snug?

And FYI, I'm not getting any other bumper or a winch because I have no money and don't really care for a winch for the wheeling I do.
