So I'll be putting in a 2.5 TF BB, 17" pro comp wheels and BFG 285/70 r17 KM2's (33")

The other only engine modification is a K&N filter

What do you guys recommend?

I want, by importance to me...
1 adjust the Speedo once the tires are on
2 Adjust TPMS for the KM2's
3 Daytime Running Lights
3 and possibly get on HP, Horepower and MPG gains

I would go superchips. Definitely skip the last one..doesn't really do anything

 

Also, I work at an airforce base, and If I turn on automatic dattime running lights can I turn them off on command? this is ESSESNTIAL* because I need to turn them off when I go past the gate
