ok. just off the phone with sc. great tech dept. apparently this is what happened. i had my jeep in service about a week ago to re-flash the steering angle sensor. esp/bas light was on. this threw my vehicle cailbration off for the flashpac. they are writing a new file for me. should take 5-7 days. they did have on file my failed attempts to update. so, i wait for the e-mail. then update. and should be ready to go.
