So long story short I no longer have my flashpaq I used to program my jeep but the jeep is still programmed. If I buy another flashpaq can I use it to program the jeep?

 

No because your old Flashpaq is still linked to the vehicle. Your STOCK programming is saved on that flashpaq. You in a sense have no way to return that ECM to stock other than a reflash from a shop that is capable or a dealer. If you get another programmer make sure ecm is flashed back to stock software @ the dealer before the new one is loaded.
