Flashpaq and Procal, oops I mixed the two
I just received my Flashpaq today and stupid me, I was in such a hurry to use it that I forgot to restore my settings back to stock with the AEV Procal prior to flashing with the Flashpaq. Did I just commit a big no no or will things be fine? I did restore my settings with the Procal once the Flashpaq finished saving the stock file.
Thanks for the responses.
I think I should be OK. I just realized that the first time I plugged in the Flashpaq it auto saved the stock file. During the stock file saving I realized that I hadn't restored the Procal settings. Once the stock file was saved to the device I then restored the Procal settings. When that was done I loaded up the Flashpaq 87 file.
One other quick question. When restoring settings with the Procal, does the three horn chirps mean successful?

It may not be a problem functionally, but keep in mind that the Flashpaq stores your default settings, which in this case will include your Procal settings.
What does work is reverse installation process.
Set your JK to factory stock.
Install the Flashpaq profile and then if there are Procal only settings you need, set them individually.
There are at least a couple of us successfully running this way.
