Default Flashpaq update failure

Yesterday I went and used my Flashpaq on my 14 JKUR which had worked flawlessly to return it to stock before adding options for backup camera using WI Tech. While adding the option I found 2 updates for the vehicle, one for the PCM and the other for HVAC. I then went back in with the Flashpaq and after it reloaded the stock files it would not let me reload my tune and directed me to the Superchips site for updates. I went and tried to update the module only to find at the end of updating the message that There was no data base for this vehicle. Anyone have this issue? Website asked for my email address and would get back to me in 2 weeks. This unit had worked so well before the Witech updates......

Thanks, I spoke with Superchips this morning and they were online with my controller while I was trying to update again. They pulled the info, the Wi Tech PCM flash was for the transfer case and they sent it to their engineers and will call me when the download was ready. I think this flash was only a couple weeks old. Great service so far, I just miss my tune.....
