Flat Fender Flares with larger wheel coverage???

I need new fender flares to cover my tires completely to keep the cops from ticketing me. My tire sticks out about 1.5in out from the factory flares.
I was gonna go with Bushwhacker Flat Fender Flares but realized they don't have larger coverage.
Any other brands out there with larger coverage??

Remind me to not got to Winnipeg! Never had any probs with my bushwackers and I can't tell the dif between his and mine. It's always up to the cop if he's a d-head or not. Same thing with rear 3rd break light, again haven't had a prob but have heard of others, oh and mirrors too when you take your doors off.
