Default Flooding Upper Intake Plenum

Well I have recently fixed my fuel pressure issue and have it set to 58 psi. I have stopped flooding the cylinders, but am now flooding the upper intake plenum. Does anyone have any idea why? It used to be flooding all of them , but now with the correct psi the cylinders are fine, but the intake is getting filled with gas...This has been a major hassle for me and really delaying my build. Id appreciate any help...

ok made progress.. If i drain the intake and then pull the fuel pump fuse it will run until out of fuel. Then if i plug the fuse back in and turn it over just for a turn or 2 fuel will come running out of the intake and it wont even try to start? Wouldnt the psi setting limit the fuel flow also or is it possible i have to high volume of a pump?

Do you have access to noid lights to verify the injectors aren't being told to stay open?

i do not, i may have to look into this. I tested the injectors with an ohm meter and on a 12v power source they seemed ok in that aspect.. If it runs perfectly fine for 10-15 seconds with the fuel pump off would that mean the injectors are ok?

i suppose i could pull the fuel rail and flip it over and turn it on to see if any leak?

i did scan the check engine lights to see if there were any new lights and I had 2.

P0108 Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Circuit High
P0123 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor Switch "A" High

I pulled both of these off and cleaned them and there plugs. I cleared the cel and plugged them back in. Ive tried starting it a bunch more and ran it a few times with no fuel pump on and none of those lights came back on...

i appreciate you chiming in.

Any chance you have the vacuum and return mixed up on the fuel pressure regulator or the regulator is bad? Try pulling the vacuum hose off the end not attached to the regulator and see if fuel comes out when you try to start the jeep

nope there not mixed up, also the vacuum is just open, do i need to cap it? I will test the return and make sure fuel is returning, but it was last i checked.

not sure how the regulator could be bad its just a spring and a gasket from what I can tell?

on a side note spedly i know one of your fuel lines is disconnected by the tranny area. Wich one is the pump and wich ones disconnected? My pump is connected to the straight one my bent one is disconnected.

the more i look at it i may have it on the wrong one. the one i dont have it in goes to s/s right by the tranny the other stays plastic. Id assume the pump one is the s/s one and the vent one is just plastic? if thats the case it may be pushing it right up into the intake? I thought i marked it correctly when i took it off, but its been about 5 months since i did that, so im not sure wich was wich

Neither of mine turn into stainless. Maybe it is a difference in year. Mine is an oddball 2011. Here is how it is connected though.
