I want to put a Flowmaster 40 on my 2010 Rubicon unlimited. I've tried to find the part number, but when I dial in my jeep into different sites, it says there are no parts for my Jeep. I know I need a 2.25 center inlet and off center outlet. But that's all I know. Will any 2.25 Center In/Off Center out work??

 

Mine just came in the mail yesterday. PN is 42541 but I got the 2.5" (I hope that's the right size). I guess I'll find out when I install it.

 

Yep, 2.5" center inlet/center outlet, or 2.5" offset inlet/offset outlet. Mine is a 2.5" center inlet offset outlet. Took a custom bent adapter pipe but it works.

I have been looking for a flowmaster 40 series but cannot seem to find a 2.5" center/center with the part number of 42541. I did find a black one and a aluminized one on ebay with the part number of 952545 like linked below...

Also is there a Flowmaster 40 series 2.5 C/C that is stainless? If you find one please post PN.

 

The one I got was black with a center inlet 2.5 and offset outlet 2.5. I don't remember the part number off hand, but from what the welder was telling me, almost any In/Out will work becaause the stock muffler is so much bigger. they are able to manipulate the pipes easier than if it was a larger muffler.
