Default Fog Lamp Installs - help - rock crawler bumpers

I just had a smittybilt XRC bumper installed. Obviously the factory fog lamps went with the factory bumper so i'm looking at my after market options. 2 things i'm wondering:

1) What lights/brands/set ups have you guys used and liked?

2) is there any easy installation harness that plugs in to the stock fog lamp connection?

Is there alot of wiring required? Is there a light/kit that works with the factory set up?
I would really like to have the fog lamps functioning again....

Bump as well... Also what is the distance between the two light mounting holes? I'm wondering if an LED bar would fit easily.

Cant go wrong with the Hella 500FF's for the price. I cut the factory fog harness about 2 inches back (in case i sell it and need to put it back on), ran a relay and ran the Hellas directly to the factory fog wiring. I like it because of the fact that it is run off of the existing fog light switch.

On an AEV front bumper the Rigid light bar lines up with the factory holes. I have had it on for about 6 months and it is wonderful. Very bright and doesn't draw any power at all. The light is very clean and clear. I will be adding the dually lights to the windshield frame very soon.
