Fog light delete questions

I am planning on swapping my oem fogs with rigid duallys hooked up to my spod. My question is what did everyone do with there oem wiring. Should I cut it out or just tape it up well. All advice is appreciated. Thanks

I cut and spliced I to factory wiring no

Bag the connectors and secure the wiring with wire ties.
