Default Fog light instead if blinker?

I was bored and for some reason decided to see if my fog would fit in place of my blinker. And well with a little adjustment it fits. Wondering if I should go further with this? If so I plan on just placing some l.e.d blinkers on the bumper

I have no idea. I literally just did this 10 mins ago. Had to do a little trimming on the fog light housing. Not sure how its going to look at night. Can only wait til its dark I guess. Just wondering if I'm wasting my time

Its not flush. Where the lens attaches to the housing it sits on the grill. So the lens sticks out

Haha! Definitely a really cool idea!!!! Might have some problem with the blinker being white now. I know in Louisiana it is law that blinkers have to be yellow or it's a hefty ticket. Might want to look into that but I like!

I have the fog wiring hooked up to it. I will be running the blinker wiring to the bumper where I will put orange led. Of course if I go thought with it. Worst case scenario I just have to pull the fog lights out and plug the blinkers back in

Someone else on here has done that. Then they added a small blinker to the front grill, I don't remember who it was though

Blinkers do have to be amber. That is a common regulation. For both turn signals and hazards

I didn't get the impression he was using this as a blinker because the OP says something about LED blinkers on the bumper.

It is a cool idea but fog lights have always been placed low so the light isn't reflecting back into your eyes like high beams do in fog and bad weather (heavy snow/rain).
