Default Fogs in Stock Steel Bumper

Hey I need some help. I'd like to take that huge plastic bumper off and just run the steel bumper underneath... I'd buy a bumper but being a college kid it's tough... Anyway I want to use my stock fog lights but I don't know how to mount them. I've seen some threads on this but the directions are sketchy and unclear. Any help would be appreciated.

Your best and cheapest bet is a Rough Country Hybrid Stubby or something like it. I'm not sure how you'd mount your fogs to just the steel backing...

They look like that I'm just curious as to how the fog lights were mounted in there? The directions in his posting are a little unclear

I thought about that and putting like VDP or RC end caps on but idk how it would match with my faded plastic bumper
