Default Fox 2.5 internal bypasses

As anyone ran the fox 2.5 internal bypasses? I know they will do well on fast stuff, I'm just curious how they crawl on.

They should crawl just fine, why in the world you would be looking at a 2.5" internal bypass for a crawler is the real question.

Some folks, myself included need to drive long distances off road to get to the rock trail. I've put many miles on my rig off road to do a rock trail that is 2 miles long. That would be a long day if the rig did not work well when driving along.

2.5 internal bypass are of no benefit on the highway either. Not to say they are not nice shocks and its your money.

What about for the long distances OFFROAD to get to the rock trail as he was referring to and not the highway

At flex the shock body will hit the frame rail and begin to bend.

The shock body on the Fox's tend to be a little larger then most shocks. At flex the body can hit the frame and bend/bind. Metalcloak and some other companies have made relocation brackets for the lower mounts and are cheap fixes if you go this route. I know MC advertises them now because they have a GC kit with Fox shocks.
