Default fox ATS steering stabilizer

I just noticed that the body of my fox ATS steering stabilizer is now upside down and the adjustment reservoir is now on the bottom instead of the top and is making contact with the tie rod. Is this happening to anyone else, is there a way to prevent it from rotating around?

Maybe check if the the 4 hex bolts are tight on the end that attaches to tie rod. That's about the only place that will allow it to spin as the other end attaches to track bar mount.

Yes, I haven't had any issues at all.
