OK, so I ordered some Fox IFP 2.0s for my 2.5 TF coil lift. I ordered shocks that are supposed to be for a 2-4" lift. I received the shocks (look great), but the boxes say they are for 1-3" lift.

I have seen on some different sites and catalogs listing these shocks for 2 different lift heights.

Front Shock (980-24-887) 9.6" of travel
Rear Shock (980-24-888) 9.1" of travel

Does anyone know why these shocks are listed advertised for 2 different size lifts?

Ultimately I just want to make sure that I am gtg with these for my 2.5" lift which will probably net me a bit more than 3+" front and
2+" rear.

OK, well let me make this easier. Is anyone using the same part number Fox shocks that I have with their 2.5" lift?

 

Offroad Warehouse ships the same ones with the TeraFlex 2.5" coil lift, even with a 1" spacer added up front for a winch and bumper. I have this setup, just haven't installed it yet. Hope that helps.
