Default Fox or King???

im going to replace my full traction monotube shoks for fox or king.
the thing is that they offer me some fox shoks of 2.0'' with cd adgusters so i can put them softer or harder and the king are 2.5'' and either they come soft for street ride or very hard rally type, im going on a long trip in the dessert rally type is a competition.
what do you recomend that after 500 miles in off road wont break???
i like the fox function of the adjuster since when i get to the city i can ride normal.....
thanks

I was seriously looking at the FOX shocks....price kinda kept me out of the game. All of the research I found placed Fox as #1 in racing shocks......for fast offroad riding their response time was second to none.....

Not sure if that helps but that is what I found out.

I've used fox suspensions on my motorcross bike and my mountain bikes. They are so far ahead of their competitors in those two disciplines it's not even funny. I don't know anything about king or fox when it comes to jeep. But for motocross and mountain biking fox is a like a 10 and they make all their competitors like like a 1.

I can't say anything about the Kings, but I have the Fox adjustables as well. I'm still trying to figure out what setting to use when though.

i know that in desert racing King is the prefered brand. so if you are not going to be doing 60+ mhp in the desert or just want King shocks to say you have them go with Fox. they way i see it is the pros run King shocks they must be good
