I found them in the hardware drawers @ lowes
I took 1.25" hole saw to the big end(to fit the conduit) and trimmed to width

Eyebolt, nut, light bar, rubber washer, kongo cage, locknut in that order
I switched out the original hardware with eyebolts to strap down the kayaks easier. I will be doing it fot the rest of the bolts as well.

have you thought of spraying the eyebolts with duplicolor just to make them blend in?
