Default Front axle issues?

So, I brought my jeep in for service for some evap issues. At one point the tech calls me, to tell me it looks like I had really bent one of my control arm mounts, and that it looked like I had bent the passenger side axle housing rearward. So after they fix up the evap, I bring it home. A few hours later, I go to reinstall the evap skid. I notice some gear oil pooled under the front passenger side "C", as well as a bit of oil on the outside of it, and a whole bunch pooled inside the "C", under the u-joint. As well, I noticed my jam nuts on my lower control arms had loosened up, so I went to tighten them. Drivers side was no issue, but the passenger side clearly flex's inside the mount (as is when I try to tighten the jam nut, the whole control arm twists). Any thoughts? Am I screwed? How do I go about fixing these problems (for hopefully cheaper than a pr44)

Um wow, how does someone respond to that.. sounds like you are in for a PR44 at a rich mans budget or a used 44 and at a poor mans budget pick up another 30 for cheap and pass everything from your old. While your at it you may as well reinforce it.

well ignoring the bent housing part, since no one bothered to measure it since it doesnt look that bent. I guess I want to focus on a) sealing the axle back up so that its not spitting oil, and suggestions how to deal with the control arm mounts. would using a bfg to straighten them out and then just weld a skid on?

Pull that control arm down and make sure the joint is not just worn out.

Probably your passenger side axle seal is leaking. You don't need a PR44 to fix that.

Might not be a bad idea for some adjustable LCA

Axle seal R+R is a piece of cake. I just did my D-30 front axle a couple weeks ago for the first time. The hardest thing i found was finding the torque specs for everything. I just took everything off and marked it where it came off from just incase. turns out that wasn't needed. if you have any questions shoot me a PM.

did you use a write up, or just start unbolting stuff? And more important, did you need any specific tools? I have wrenches and sockets and torque wrenches, the basic hand tools, as well as auto tools like a floor jack and jack stands. don't know if I need anything else
